Very enjoyable book. Fast read. At times I questioned the purpose of the book- seemed a bit rambly. Overall, this book confirmed that mindy kaling and I would be great friends if we ever met
Very entertaining... not quite as good as Tina Fey's book, but waaay better than the recent Ellen DeGeneres book. I loved the fact that Mindy Kaling is the same age as me, and it was fun to compare lives... and apparently, we both took the G train to our respective nannying jobs in late 2002/early 2003! Maybe I sat next to her on the train! My only quibble was with her doubly inaccurate description of Amy Poehler doing the Sarah Palin rap on SNL - first, it was in 2008, not 2009 (uh, 2008 electi

i am going to make a bold statement: i liked this more than i liked bossypants!
Hilarious and irreverent
I had fun. I wouldn't mind hanging out with Mindy. We could compare OCD lists, throw awesome karaoke parties with all the right song choices, and make sure our respective college a cappella groups don't perform at each other's funerals (or at least one of us could do that, whoever dies last).

I loved this book. I think Mindy Kaling is adorable and love her take on life. I wish there had been a bit more talk about The Office, but that's just because I'm an Office nerd myself. Can't wait to read more from her!

I love her so much. She feels so relatable, as a highly neurotic but also pretty successful young woman. I actually laughed out loud while reading this.
Listened to the audiobook while driving from Florida to Texas.
Mindy Kaling is hilarious. Fun, easy read!
