non-fiction about how the female employees of newsweek newsmagazine sued their employer under the eeoc for discrimination in the 1960s. you can tell povich's background is in news because it's a very easy read, felt more like a long news article than a book
(this was a plus for me although a glance at the reviews tells me some would have preferred otherwise)
