Like discovering a new language - or better, new way of interacting with a language we already think we know. Sentences echo in my mind, like songs, weeks later. And the characters, story, and setting match the level of language perfectly. A book that I want to keep reading, over and over.
I can barely remember a thing about this book, other than it was very hard to get through, and that this year I visited the area in India where it takes place
