What Members Thought
Sophie is an addict who has often been at the wrong place at the wrong time. This time, her best friend is killed and it is made to look like a drug deal gone bad. There are some great themes explored here with precision, rather than heavy handed ness--PTSD, addiction, friendship, budding sexuality (both homosexuality and bisexuality). Sophie is her own person.
The ending was very satisfying but it read so much like the conclusion of other similar thriller mysteries for teens that I had déjà vu.
