I finally read the cultish fave, and I sort of liked it and could see how it's popular. I wasn't superbly impressed, and all of the characters annoyed me (except maybe the guy who wanted to be a model). I think it's good to show that kids can be quirky and that others should be accepting, but I didn't really care. The teen angst bit was good, and I liked the description of Leo falling in love.
