What Members Thought
This book both educated me and inspired me. This young woman is amazing--reading about her life and perspective is a great way for Americans kids to get perspective on how different life is outside of this country and how much their education is often taken for granted. I will say the beginning was slower and more difficult because it focused more on Pakistani history than Malala herself--but all of that was important in understanding why Malala is such an inspirational figure.
