Despite being a book about neurobiology, this is a surprisingly quick, easy, and engaging read. Although scientifically rooted, the concepts and language are totally accessible. And of course, as a woman, I was thoroughly fascinated by the way my brain supposedly works. Oh boy, non-fiction is dangerous.
When I first read this book, I thought it made a nice scientific case for differences between women and men. I learned about women's hormonal cycles in my 11th grade embryology class, so it made sense that our hormones would screw with our brains in a way that men's brains don't get screwed with. I recommended this book to friends, etc.
