What Members Thought
Really excellent atmosphere and period detail. It's easy to forget that many people thought the Nazis would invade England in the early days of the war, and MacNeal really captures that. The details about working in Churchill's office, code breaking, and the horror of the Blitz put me right there in the action. Maggie is an easy character to root for (surely she and Maisie Dobbs would be friends!)and I'm definitely going to read the next book in the series, Princess Elizabeth's Spy. The only neg

Very entertaining read. Loved the historical setting, and the depiction of a well known historical figure. Couldn't stop reading. Looking forward to Maggie's future adventures.
