is an intriguing ‘whodunnit’ with an array of characters both good and bad whose thoughts, intentions and actions kept me asking questions as I read about the authenticity of their responses, as either persons in authority or persons at the mercy of 'the system'. There is no doubt however about the motives and behaviour of the central male character - he is a nasty piece of work!
