Mercy's friend and mentor is arrested for murder. She is forced by her own loyalty to intervene, even if the fae are telling her not to. The fae don't like humans knowing their business and will kill to keep their secrets. Still mercy has to save her friend. Meanwhile the pack is getting grumpy, her inability to make a choice between Sam and Adam is weakening the pack. She must make make a choice. The choice may not have to be made if she dies first and yes she is in great danger.

Oh yes this series just made in to my favs. I absolutely love Mercy. In this story I loved her vulnerability, her loyality to her friends and her willingness to finality make a choice between Adam and Samuel.
Ms. Briggs definitely has done an outstanding job of mixing it up with vamps, weres, fae and shifters. Her writing flows beautifully and draws you it and keeps you fixed on her every word.
This story has it all, action, passion and more action. Fast paced, I got it read in one day; I could n ...more
