Dark and Stormy Knights had some good short stories - The best of the bunch was the Iona Andrews short - Kate meets Saiman - if you are a Kate fan this may make the book worth buying. Also fun but not earthshattering were a Dresden universe short starring Johny Marcone and Vauhn's Cormac getting his own tale.

I enjoyed Ilona Andrews story and the Butchers stories very much. I also liked PN Elrod's story, and Deidre Knight's, but not the others. Hey 5 out of 9 is not bad. I am just not a big fan of anthologies. ...more

Shelves: sexy-times, fantasy

There were a few good stories-- mostly in the beginning and then it started to fade for me... :/ I read it for the Kate Daniels story, which I really enjoyed!! Finally seeing how Kate met Saimon was really cool. I wonder if the acorn thing will come up again... hmmm I will need to keep going with this series ahaha.
