This story takes us back to Rainshadow, an island which was a bioengineering lab for the Aliens. The island is drowning in unstable paranormal energy, the eccentric inhabitants won't move out.

3.5 stars - I thought Deception Cove was one of the better books in Harmony series. I liked the pairing and the mystery and there was just the right amount of dustbunnies - sometimes they are just toooo cutesy for me. I would say that this was one of the spicier books in the Harmony series - and still a decent sizzle in the steamy stuff, even though I do still miss the Ghosthunter burn.
