Dark & gritty, not the typical vampire novel out today. A frightening look at how dangerous a closed minded society can be. Graf MacDonald is a metro vampire, he dresses well and likes the city life. Not what I expected...in a good way!
I was quite surprised when I started reading this book and found myself transported into a world similar to the great eerie tales of the master of horror, Stephen King. This is definitely not your typical vampire story. It's dark and full of mystery and suspense until the very end.
