Oh wow, I really liked this book! I'm devouring the whole series because it is so interesting. I absolutely love Daemon!

He is so confident, full of swag, and has a witty, smart mouth on him. He will do whatever is necessary to protect those he loves. I appreciate Katy's willingness to stand with, fight, and protect those that are close to her heart, as well.

4.5 Deamon, flairs hot and bright in this book. He gets to put his bedazzle on and I as many others liked it. This one sexy-yumific alien. He steps up and takes care of business, even dealing well with a crazy maybe girlfriend and her maybe semi- two timing ways. Really, it's complicated, you'll see.

I seriously didn't think the series couldn't get any better but it did and I find myself obsess with this series, the couple, and the characters. I had all of the emotions reading this book frustration, irritation, hearbreaking for Katy and Daemon, and at the end I still love this book. wow just wow. I enjoyed this one way more than I expected. I loved the first one when I read it back in 2012 but then just moved away from the series for some reason. I was able to fall back in the world better than I thought I would.
I love the characters, that Katy is a book geek and that tough Daemon has a heart. The plot was pretty obvious, especially who were the plants but it was well written and fun anyway. Onyx would've been better with more Dee and less lying to your friends and family for their own ...more

WOW! Such an amazing, roller coaster of a story!
This book was full of swoon worthy, stomp my foot, action packed plot.
I am so glad that I decided to read this series.
Worth every minute spent, cant wait for the third book to be released!
