Gwen is perhaps the strongest character I have ever read about. If I were in her shoes, no way I would last more than a few minutes. And although I picked out a bad guy early on I didn't know in just what way it was going to play out or how. By the end I was totally shocked. And what a ending it was. I usually don't read books in a series back to back, but in this case, I just have to! It really was so good.

Wow. I usually am very skeptical of the 'hype' but this book lived up to it's high ratings! I finished it in lightening speed because I could NOT put it down! Rachel Caine, AGAIN, does not disapoint!!

This was a Car Chase! I could not put it down event when I know I have to work in the morning.
I did not like the last page - don't want to include spoilers - but I would have preferred a slightly different ending.

It was interesting to see this particular side of a serial killer. His family and what their life might be like after, especially in this social media world. There were parts I liked and parts that felt tedious. My only real complaint is that there is no set up for the big "who-dun-it" part.
