Gwen is perhaps the strongest character I have ever read about. If I were in her shoes, no way I would last more than a few minutes. And although I picked out a bad guy early on I didn't know in just what way it was going to play out or how. By the end I was totally shocked. And what a ending it was. This was a Car Chase! I could not put it down event when I know I have to work in the morning.
I did not like the last page - don't want to include spoilers - but I would have preferred a slightly different ending.

Can't wait to read more by this author.

It was interesting to see this particular side of a serial killer. His family and what their life might be like after, especially in this social media world. There were parts I liked and parts that felt tedious. My only real complaint is that there is no set up for the big "who-dun-it" part. At least nothing in the way of me looking back and thinking how clever it was. And also, the ending. The convenience of it and the lack of details, though that might be in the next part. I have so many feels about this book I can't even. The murder mystery part of the plot doesn't really pick up until the last 3rd.
