What Members Thought
When I was sharing book recommendations last week, one name came up: CJ Box. I read and enjoyed Box's first novel (Open Season) but never got around to picking up another book in his series. Needless to say, I remedied that. I enjoyed Winterkill only slightly less than Open Season. Joe Pickett is a game warden, and I think I like reading about him and his family even more than any action or mystery Box serves up. I imagine that is Box's secret-he inspires his reader to care about the characters
