So much better than the first book! I am fascinated by Cainsville and the folklore we are getting to learn now. I do wish all the James stuff would end already, I find those parts tend to make me roll my eyes more often than not. All the rest has been great though.
I love the characters and how fleshed out they are. I still have so many questions I need answered so on to book 3!

Very disappointing. The sex increased 100% (from none in book 1) and the language at least 75%. Ruined what was otherwise an interesting premise and characters I liked.
Well done. No good guys, no bad guys, just complicated scenarios and relationships.
