What Members Thought
3.5 stars. This series takes place in the same world as Armstrong's other YA series (Darkest Powers), and at about the same time, but in a mysterious cabal-run town on Vancouver Island in Canada, instead of in upstate New York. I enjoyed the characters in this one, especially the lead, Maya. I'll be eagerly awaiting the second book in the series, expected in April 2012.
