The verdict: TOTALLY HOT! Hahahaha.... Seriously though... YUMMMMM!!
ANYWAY, I really really liked this book. I was already invested in the characters after Mine Till Midnight, so of course I hated Dr. Harrow from page 1 (or HIS page one, anyway). The back of the book describes Harrow as "an attractive, seductive suitor". I remember zero seductiveness, just FYI. He's good looking, or whatever... but geez... NO, THANK YOU!
Merripen, on the other hand just OOOOOZES sexiness.... (hott picture or no) ...more

I enjoyed this one a lot, although it was probably the angstiest of the series - mostly because Merripen is a very angsty hero, and Win is a very tragic heroine, at least at first. Setting aside the central romance, this book helped us see more of the Hathaways, especially how they are when they're not in the middle of crisis, and what a gosh-darn fun family they are. Leo starts to emerge from the selfish wreck he was in the first book into a pretty good brother and witty character, and we meet
