Lots of hilarious moments, cute story overall.
I didn't enjoy this quite as much as the companion book, 11 Birthdays, but I definitely liked it. The fact that some magic was going on wasn't really obvious, and I'm not sure you would even know unless you'd read the first book.
I will say that this poor girl has way more strength of character than I had at age 12 (or maybe even now!). I'd have given up and crawled under my bed for a month if I had been subject to all of the trials she is. ...more
