Realizing the end of the year was approaching fast and I hadn't hit my book count goal, I picked a short YA novel. I believe this had been a Kindle freebie I grabbed because it looked interesting.
It was cute. It reminded me a bit of the book Jodi Picoult wrote with her daughter plot-wise, in that in both the main character gets sucked into a fictional world.
