I read this book immediately (and by immediately, I mean two minutes later) after I read Frindle by the same other. I didn't like this one as much.

It's kind of the same story. A fifth grader (this time a girl) rebels against the authorities at her school. In this case, her best friend does most of the work to get the other kids in the class on board. In the end, everything works out nicely for everyone.
