I'd say all in all, a cool story line for a time travel book. I really liked the split narration at the beginning and thought it was a great technique for building suspense. The problems, I felt, came afterwards, after I started figuring everything put and it all seemed kind of obvious and redundant. I LOVED this book. It's been over 12 hours and I still can't stop thinking about it.
This was an ambitious, yet incredibly successful first attempt at a novel. Yes, this is YA, but if you didn't know that up front, you wouldn't know it throughout the entire book.

FANTASTIC. I want to reread right away because I feel like I missed some details in the beginning. Can't believe this is a debut novel and I REALLY can't wait for the sequel.
