A confusing, dated collection of loosely related stories of people with psi powers: a telepath, a precog, a telekinetic, etc. They eventually come together to support each other and provide services to society.
Followed by Pegasus in Flight and Pegasus in Space, which aren't bad, and then jump into the future with The Rowan and Damia books where it all goes rapidly downhill.
