fulfilling my 2019 goal to read (at least) one book each month that has been digitally moldering, unread, on my NOOK for years and years and years.

Everyone has a full life, even if it ends soon. All lives are complete experiences.
Go ahead and call me an idiot, but I was surprised to find this set-up is a re-do of Strangers on a Train, (well, Strangers on a Plane this time) even though the blurb clearly says "modern reimagining of Highsmith's classic Strangers on a Train." Curiously though, Swanson doesn't reference Highsmith's Strangers on a Train, but Two Faces of January. Too obvious?
