An ARG book for the You Tubing reluctant reader. As a concept, it has strong appeal...in the execution I think I have read game instructions that were more compelling.

Characters are uninteresting and writing a bit of a slog. (entire book is in a funky font because this is REALLY Ryan's Journal. OMG!) All the OMGs and urgency throughout wears thin- OMG! My parents can so not find this! OMG! THEY are watching all the time! OMG! I don't know if I am going to live though this!

I didn't know what to think when I started this book because half the story is told in Ryan's journal (the book) and half of it is from Sarah's perspective (videos online). But, it was mysterious and creepy, and I think kids will love it! I can't wait for the next one! ...more
