I loved this and one question sits with me. There are clues that Kristen wasn't actually in Australia - like when she shows up after 20+ hours of flying and doesn't need a shower or sleep, AND her grandparents don't mention her being gone. Like when Emily describes her as doing lots of CrossFit in Australia and then her room at her grandparents' house is full of weights.
