Fantastic
This book is amazing albeit a bit slow at the start (I really need to start with reading the brief summaries more). He is poetic, there are lovely lyrical parts that can stand on their own. There are graphic accounts that are terrible to read. As I learn more and connect and edit what I think I know, I can't help but make the obvious connections to the Koreas - a point the protagonist briefly goes over at some point in the book..

The last part of this book is what made it for me. I started to lose interest in the middle, but it grabbed me again at the end.
