A patron suggested this book to me last week and I am trying to make this the year in which I read more reader suggestions. Starts out as a sweet love story between a computer geek and a marketing geek in Seattle. Turns out to be a story about death, grief and using technology to continue to connect with our dead loved ones. Reminded me a bit of Nicholls' "One Day."

Somehow combines a light, easy read with an incredibly poignant punch. The writing is good, although sometimes a little too dense and "explainy." Based on the cover description and quotes, I don't know why I didn't expect to cry, yet of course I was a sobbing wreck for much of the latter part of the book.
