What Members Thought
Easy read, engaging characters. At times, heart-breaking, but the author does a great job by keeping hope (especially in the character of Fate) always in the background. That's what keeps the novel moving--the hope and courage these two kids have.

It was ok. Kinda disjointed.
I have always really enjoyed Billie Letts' books, partly because she doesn't sugarcoat the stories. There are some parts of this that are hard to read, but it's realistic and very absorbing.
