I've been trying to convince my book club to read this for a while, but finally gave up because everyone else was finding it too hard to obtain copies, and just read my copy on my own. While it wasn't as much a general history of post-World War II Tokyo's development as I'd hoped, it was still a very interesting book that taught me a lot about Tokyo's urban form.
