Ok, it's been about 2 years since I've read anything by Ward (feel free to gasp accordingly). But man, was she always this crappy of a writer? About one more of those hi-how-are-ya descriptors and I'm gonna throw the book through the wall (except it's on my Kindle, so probably not). And her idea of what angels are is seriously frustrating me...

This is the second book in the Fallen Angels series by JR Ward.
Jim Heron is fighting for another soul. Isaac Rothe is a black-ops soldier who used to work with Jim. Jim feels that it's his mission to try and save Isaac against evil forces and Isaac himself.
Isaac is on the run after leaving the black-ops and trying to get money he does illegal cage fighting and is caught and thrown in jail. He knows he has to get out because the power of the black-ops will take no time to hunt him down in jail so ...more

Unfortunately, I didn't realize this is the second book in the series, so I'll have to go back and pick up No. 1 - which I hear is even better. No one creates exciting, dynamic men like Ward and I wonder if anyone ever will.

Another great book by J.R. Ward! :) This was even better than the first book in the Fallen Angels series.
Read it. Thought Covet was better. Will review more in depth later.
