3.5 stars. I was expecting much more from this book, and while it was a page turner and I loved the first twist that came just at the right time, the final twist at the end left me wondering how believable it was. Not at all, is my present thinking. Many thrillers these days seem to affect me that way ... pretty exciting during the build up and then a bit of a letdown by the time it's all over. But I think I'd read this author again. I liked his writing style and in this one, the short chapters.
