What Members Thought
I felt this book was very up and down as far as holding my interest. One chapter, or part of one, would be fairly boring and then the next would b riveting. I was interested in the historical fiction aspect of the witch trials, the family dynamic, and seeing how horrible circumstances can influence people. But tat said, the author never wrapped up the storyin a satisfying way. Half the book was a question about whether there was magic occuring or if the main character was simply losing her mind
