3 stars. An enjoyable story idea and a main character sure to charm you like Eleanor Oliphant. Well, not quite. Unfortunately the author chose to throw in an endless array of trite little cliches throughout what seemed like every page. A few would be cute but it got to be too much. "Never assume or you make an a-s-s out of u and me" appeared, I believe, three times. I enjoyed this refreshing mystery from the viewpoint of a character from the spectrum. Molly was adorable and I cringed at how she misunderstood other people's intentions and motivations. I trusted that everything will be all right in the end though, just like Molly's beloved grandmother had promised her. I look forward to seeing what the author comes out with next.
