Typical organizer book. Not as specific as some de-clutter books, probably more verbal encouragement than actual steps to de-clutter.
One of the things I did take away from the reading was to set a time. Whether it is one day of the week or a certain time of the day. Set it and stay with it - every day or week. And secondly to make more than one swipe at the clutter, starting with a FAST pace (F = fix a time, A = anything not used in the last year, S = someone else's stuff and T = ...more
