I listened to this as an audiobook. In retrospect, this was possibly a mistake. There are many passages in this, some of which are quite long, of philosophical thoughts and theories, which I often lost track of in the listening. They may have made more sense if I'd been able to go back and re-read them, but it was too much trouble to keep going back over an audio track.
