Maybe it was the translator's fault, but this came across as written for first graders. I appreciated the love of cats in every story, and some good advice throughout (keep your cat indoors if you don't want something awful to happen to him, for example). But overall not one I'd recommend to an adult reader. ...more

I liked these stories, especially the anthropomorphizing of the cats. It could have been the translation, but I couldn't quite fully connect with the humans, which got in the way for me. ...more
