It took me nearly 2 weeks to finish this book ... i know that's a long time. It was partially because ACOMAF left me in a bad hangover and I just didn't feel like reading ?
Back to the book, I must say I was a little disappointed by this book ...
Etta, the main character, is a violin prodigy who loses it all in one night. Some people hated Etta, some people loved her but I don't really mind her. Nicholas,however, was quite a diverse character being African American. The other characters basicall ...more

Shelves: 4-stars

Don't be deterred by the thick-ness of this book. It is such a wonderful read that truly keeps readers guessing on every page. It doesn't move the way you expect it too, but it just continues to get better and better.

I was a smidgen disappointed with the ending because it feels like there is no actual ending, but I'm excited to read the next one! ...more
