I SOOOO Wish I would have read this book before I watched the movie, the movie was really good, but it made me have less interest in the book because I knew what was going to happen. A great thriller/mystery!! Better than Sharp Objects but again, WHY DID I HAVE TO WATCH THE MOVIE FIRST!!
I don't care for Ms. Flynn's style of writing. That, along with the offensive language, made it impossible for me to read it. I would give it a half of a star if possible.

Very slow for the first half. I did not care for any of the characters and found the ending unsatisfying. This read like a movie script and a movie I do not care to see.
