Okay, I mostly loved it, and I especially loved the realistic characters. In most romance books either the men or women are completely perfect and without flaws, but in Fangirl the main character was a kinda nerdy and socially awkward girl, and her love interest was an actual man who made mistakes and was a little insecure about his feelings, it made them so much more real.

And speaking of Levi, Where can I find one of him?

As others have said, this is a very character driven book. I related to many parts of the story, as well as to Cath in many ways, which normally endears me to books, but in this case, there were some things that I didn't want to relive:

- A mother who straight up ditched the fam
- Mental instability in a family member + alcoholism
- Broken family

I enjoyed Fangirl. Though the way I feel about it is almost exactly how I feel about Eleanor & Park. They are both cute books with complex, well-developed characters, and yet I feel like something is missing that just holds both books back from being truly memorable.

I am on the fence with this one...

I really enjoy R.R.'s style of writing and even the characters that she gives life to. Levi was probably my favorite character in this book.
What I mostly didn't like was the fanfiction part. Not that I don't like fanfiction but that the characters story didn't interest me; all the magic and what not. I felt like that stuff took a good percentage of the book. I also didn't like that she felt that she couldn't write anything of her own.
