Still working my way through - it's an interesting style of narration to adjust to. It tries to be poetically objective but the fact that Death is your narrator gives everything an interesting edge. His particular way of talking - if it were in conversation - would be highlly annoying and very pompous, but there's forgiveness and allowance when written, I suppose. 6.19.12
