Read this for the Oct. 2016 Austin Computer Book Club meetup, and it was great. I can't imagine a better-written, easier to read, or more engaging introduction to computer and website usability. If you have the slightest involvement in the design of software interfaces (including "just" websites), reading this book is an absolute no-brainer. It's a very small investment of time to lay a solid foundation of the issues to keep in mind, plus very pragmatic approaches to how they can be addressed. E
