This was really a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, there were some interesting ideas, and I did find the narrative structure to be more engaging than a straight non-fiction treatment might have been.
But on the other hand, there were things about it that were maddeningly bad. For one, the dialog is the achingly horrible kind common to the saccharine business/self-help books ("Who Moved My Cheese" et al).
