Thanks to NetGalley and Philomel Books, (Penguin Group), for the advanced reading copy of Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys! This historical fiction story contains many points of view. Salt to the Sea was another great historical fiction from Ruta Sepetys. The focus of this one was definitely the characters. I was a little concerned going into it that the mass number of perspectives would hinder my enjoyment, but I adored every single perspective equally which is so rare for me.

It was a good read. It was nice that after the book, you learned the history behind the boat. This book was heart wrenching to read. The ending was really sad. I would recommend reading this book. 5 stars :)
