I'm in love with this series! I'm already reading book four and I only finished this a week ago! These books are the perfect mix of romance, mystery, and humor.

Veronica is a modern woman in the 1880s. I love that she's not a shrinking violet and will stand up to men if need be. I also love that she's not prude-ish as people tended to be back then. She's witty, smart, and knows what she wants, she also always keeps Stoker on his toes.

A great audiobook that clips along at a good pace. Enjoyable though a bit silly, and I could have gone without the circus section in the middle. Though, that may play into a future book. Overall, had fun and will continue the series.
