I'd highly recommend this to anybody..

..who would be interested in knowing:
1. Why they are addicted to certain apps
2. How to create helpful apps that can influence people to make the change they want in their life
3. How to grasp the ethical implications of what you're creating, using or supporting.

Very few insights. Feels like a good blog post turned into a book. The examples are overknown, the scientific studies anecdotic. And as othe reviews mentionned, the ethical question is brushed of very easily.
