What Members Thought

My biggest takeaway was the approach to design experiments to validate a hypothesis. Especially in the type of questions/ activities for participants. Narrated in an engaging manner.
Lots of experiments were conducted in carefully simulated environments with students at MIT. But the results were extrapolated to the more generic real-world. Made me wonder about the strength of findings in different situations and demographics.

At last, a behavioral book from an author who is actually doing the research himself.
Good reference. Packed with studies results and facts. Hard to extrapolate precisely the changes to make in ones life. But just remembering that we do not control everything we do, and thus need to be careful.
