I pulled this off the shelf to prep for a ux design Focused class I was teaching and found it to be so insightful to the types of situations I was being asked to do research in. Thorough and complete ideas of how to do research when you’re not in the most “traditionally ideal” situations. It became a book for my class and students said they got a lot out of it.
