What Members Thought
A relevant and worthwhile quick read, Rocket Surgery Made Easy sometimes annoyed me with the level of detail it attributed to some of the more simple things - like how to ask observers to stay quiet and how to set up a WebEx meeting. Some of the information I felt would be better off as a bulleted list as opposed to as a whole chapter. Overall, the book is a great how-to guide.
This book makes usability testing understandable and accessible. I've conducted usability testing for years now, and I picked up a few tricks. This book is perfect for someone who wants to bring usability testing into their workflow but doesn't know how or where to start.
